Agency Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for funding consideration, organizations must:

  • Be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, government entity, or school
  • Provide services primarily within Yavapai County
  • Demonstrate a minimum of three years of program existence
  • Maintain an active governing board
  • Align with at least one of the following impact areas:
    • Health
    • Education
    • Income
    • Working Poor Tax Credit
