Share the Warmth
As the crisp air settles in and the holiday season draws near, it’s the perfect time of year when our community comes together in the spirit of giving. With the cold weather upon us, we have the opportunity to unite and round up donations for those in need—ensuring that everyone can stay warm and supported during these challenging months. Together, we can make a lasting impact and Share the Warmth, kindness, and hope to our neighbors.
We are reaching out to our valued partners and volunteers to invite you to participate in our Share the Warmth drive, which will be held on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at several local Walmart locations. This year, the drive will be held at the following Walmart locations:
We would greatly appreciate it if your agency could provide local volunteers to assist with collecting donations at these locations. If you are able to send volunteers, please provide us with a headcount by Thursday, November 21st, 2024, so we can plan accordingly.
Additionally, we need volunteers to help sort the donated items on Sunday, November 24th, 2024, and Monday, November 25th, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PMeach day. Sorting will take place at our office located at:
1678 Oaklawn Drive, Suite A & B, Prescott, AZ 86305
Once the sorting is complete, if your agency is in need of any of the donated items, you are welcome to take them with you. If you are unable to send volunteers or representatives for any of these shifts, please let us know if you can arrange a time to pick up the donations, or if you would prefer, we can arrange for a delivery.
Your support in this drive is invaluable, and we are deeply grateful for your partnership. Please let us know if you have any questions or need additional information: 928.778.6605
